Beyond satisfied! Vince took the time to explain and educate my family and I about what was going with our carpet, we tried to clean it with a rental from Home Depot and we nearly ruined it. Thankfully Vince took his time and made this carpet look basically new, they also went out of their way to come out to our home same day. I 100% recommend them for any of your carpet cleaning needs!

Wow! So impressed. This was my first time working with United but they really knocked it out of the park! We had a few black stains on the carpet from makeup and they were able to get them completely out. The place looked so good! They were responsive and fair. Showed up on time and profession, yet personal. Thank you guys!!
